1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph2bet ("ph2bet," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph2bet.app. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ph2bet platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and support services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ph2bet or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from ph2bet or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognised responsible gaming authority.

ph2bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by ph2bet may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on ph2bet. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your ph2bet account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify ph2bet immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

ph2bet reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ph2bet supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed within your account dashboard.

Regarding deposits, you agree that:

• All funds deposited into your ph2bet account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ph2bet does not accept deposits made from credit cards issued by Philippine banks where such transactions are restricted by the issuing bank or by applicable regulation.
• Deposits are credited to your ph2bet account balance upon confirmation of receipt. ph2bet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Regarding withdrawals, you agree that:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, unless otherwise approved by ph2bet's finance team.
• ph2bet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods or public holidays in the Philippines may experience processing delays beyond the standard timeframes.
• Any funds that ph2bet reasonably believes to be the proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity will be withheld pending investigation and may be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph2bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. ph2bet reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.

• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus systems — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or collusion — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

6. Gameplay Rules

ph2bet offers a wide range of gaming products including live casino games, slot machines, bingo, sports betting (including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and table tennis), fishing games, and other specialty titles. The following general gameplay rules apply across all products:

• All games on ph2bet use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer formats. Game outcomes are determined independently of ph2bet's operational systems and cannot be influenced by ph2bet staff or players.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ph2bet will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's account.
• ph2bet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed after the relevant event or game round has concluded.
• For sports betting markets, ph2bet's trading team decisions on settlement, void bets, and market suspension are final and binding.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing real-money bets. Game rules are accessible within each game interface.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph2bet and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on ph2bet.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with ph2bet games or the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit ph2bet's systems or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with ph2bet's platform, software, or security systems.
• Using ph2bet for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing ph2bet from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph2bet staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to ph2bet immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph2bet platform — including but not limited to the ph2bet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ph2bet or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph2bet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ph2bet content without prior written authorisation.
• Use ph2bet's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.
• Create derivative works based on ph2bet's platform, games, or content.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the ph2bet platform.

9. Privacy & Data

ph2bet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on ph2bet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph2bet implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and real-time fraud monitoring to protect your personal and financial data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge this inherent risk when using any internet-based service.

ph2bet may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine government authorities in compliance with applicable law. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with ph2bet's legal obligations and the Privacy Policy.

10. Responsible Gaming

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Inaccuracies in game odds, scores, or event results caused by data feed errors from third-party providers.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the ph2bet platform or any of its services.

ph2bet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ph2bet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

ph2bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Upon termination of your account for cause, ph2bet may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to be legitimately yours and not subject to forfeiture under these Terms, ph2bet will return it to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your ph2bet account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal terms, and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ph2bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph2bet will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the ph2bet platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph2bet, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process or to the appropriate Philippine courts having jurisdiction over the matter.

ph2bet's decisions regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, account actions, and platform rules are final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described above.
